Must I convert all vehicles with analogue tachographs?
There is no general obligation to convert existing vehicles. However, the EU is planning to make conversion mandatory in exceptional cases. Conversions can be done voluntarily at any time.

How will on-site checks be carried out ?

The company card is an electronic smart card that ensures that only authorised persons have access to company-related data held on the DTCO.
What data is stored on the company card?
The card identification details and information about the company are stored on the company card. Mass memory data cannot be stored on the company card.

Can our company also obtain more than one company card?
Dependent on company seize. In case of there are more then 62 company cards required, a special handling must be taken into account.
The procedure for applying for cards (including production and issue) depend on local national regulations of the EU member states.
